By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Ceramic Grill Store (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website ceramicgrillstores.com from our workshop at 804 East 7th Court, Panama City, US 32401. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) and Ceramic Grill Store. Please read them carefully.

2. Target Audience & Product Nature

Our products are forged for dedicated grill enthusiasts and professional pitmasters. We specialize in high-performance, durable accessories for ceramic kamado-style grills (such as Big Green Egg® and Kamado Joe®), including Ceramic Stones, Adjustable Rigs, Heat Deflectors, Grates, and specialized cooking systems. Our tools are engineered for high-heat, precision cooking.

By purchasing, you acknowledge you are buying specialized grill equipment requiring proper use, care, and understanding of high-temperature cooking safety.

3. Website Use & Intellectual Property

3.1. License and Access

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use our site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

3.2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs (e.g., the CGS Adjustable Rig system), and software—is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 4. Orders & Payment Terms

4.1. Order Acceptance

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is an offer to purchase, which we accept only when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4.2. Pricing and Payment

Prices are in USD (US Dollars). We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You represent that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method. Full payment is required before order processing begins.

4.3. Sales Regions

We ship globally but are currently unable to deliver to certain parts of Asia and some remote regions. Shipping availability and costs for your location will be displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1. Processing and Methods

Orders are processed at our US workshop within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. We offer two primary shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping (Orders over $50 USD): Via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after shipment.

All shipments include tracking. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier performance and customs processing.

5.2. Customer’s Shipping Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing an accurate, deliverable shipping address.
• Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country, which are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
• Inspecting the package upon delivery and noting any visible damage with the carrier immediately.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We stand behind our craft. Our policy is designed for fairness and transparency.

6.1. Return Window and Conditions

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused, uninstalled, and without any exposure to fire or heat.
• In its original packaging with all parts, accessories, and documentation.

6.2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to their specialized nature, the following are generally not returnable unless defective or incorrect:

• EGG Replacement Parts & Gaskets (hygiene and installation-dependent nature).
• Any product showing signs of use, heat damage, fire exposure, or alteration.
• Final Sale / Clearance items.
• Custom or special-order items made to your specifications.

6.3. Return Process & Costs

1. Initiate Request: Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order details and reason.
2. Receive RMA: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not ship without an RMA.
3. Ship Item: Securely repackage, mark the RMA on the box, and ship to our Returns Department at the address in Section 9. Use a trackable and insured service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
4. Inspection & Refund: We inspect returns within 3-5 business days. Upon approval, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. The original purchase price is refunded; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6.4. Exchanges

Clearly state your desired product in your initial email. After processing the return, we will ship the new item, adjusting for any price difference.

7. Product Information & Limitations

7.1. Product Descriptions

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images. However, minor variations in color or finish may occur. Specifications are subject to change for product improvement.

7.2. Proper Use and Safety

Our products are designed for use with ceramic kamado grills. You are responsible for:

• Reading all product instructions and warnings.
• Using products only as intended and within their specified heat tolerances.
• Practicing safe grilling procedures, including proper ventilation and fire safety.
• Ensuring your grill and our accessories are properly assembled and maintained.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ceramic Grill Store’s liability shall be limited as follows:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including lost profits or data.
• Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.
• We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including carrier delays, customs holds, or natural disasters.
• This limitation does not apply to liability for personal injury or damage to tangible property caused by our proven negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
