Each box includes two deflector plates—a complete set for smoking on the Junior Primo. For versatile grilling, a single plate provides precise temperature control across zones.

Deflector Racks Required

Deflector racks (sold separately) support the plates beneath the cooking grids. Use two racks for long BBQ cooks, or one rack for divided grilling setups. Place the rack(s) and plate(s) directly under the cooking grids. Deflector Racks are sold two to a box and the part number is: PG00313
